Watermelon is one of my favorite fruits. I truly enjoy how refreshing and hydrating it is, especially when juiced! Over the years, I had to find alternative ways to eat more watermelon and found this recipe addictive. Check out the recipe below, along with health benefits of watermelon.
Here's what you'll need:
- Watermelon, diced
- Cucumber, minced
- Mint Leaves, minced
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- Feta Cheese, sprinkled
- Goat Cheese, sprinkled
- Cracked Black Peppercorn
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl and serve!
