I love beet juice, probably more than any other juice recipe that I make. A lot of people find this strange, because I do not like to eat beets, only preferring them juiced with other ingredients.
This weeks elixir included:
- 4 Beets, stems & leaves
- 3 Granny Smith Apples
- 3 nubs of Ginger
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp of Maca Powder (read about the benefits of Maca here)
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
