I cleaned out the fridge & created a simple (& tasty) juice recipe, using:
- red delicious apples
- carrots
- arugula
- cranberries
- ginger
Since my focus is on mental health, I thought I would share that eating red delicious apples are commonly associated with enhancing the health of your brain. Boron is a powerful mineral found in apples, which I like to call brain food. Power up!
