Cooking instructions:
1 lb of kale, massaged in olive oil, sprinkled with garlic seasonings, crushed red pepper & himalayan pink salt. On the stove, I lightly sautéed mushrooms, fresh garlic, green onions, red & yellow bell peppers in evoo. Added a 1/2c of water, the kale & cooked until tender!
Pretty simple, right? I've posted a similar recipe in the past, but each time I cook it, I have different variations.
