- 5 stalks of celery
- 5 cubes of ginger root
- 1 cucumber
- 1 blood orange
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 pear
- 1/2 bell pepper (was cleaning out the fridge!)
- 1/2 lemon w/skin
This has many health benefits, but I was mainly targeting my citrus fruits (Vitamin C) due to the unpredictable weather. Be sure to boost your immune system, especially being that January and February are peak months for the flu!
